At Downshire Church we are blessed with a talented team of staff. These individuals facilitate the vision of the leadership and are the catalyst for much of our everyday ministry.
Hannah Cree | Youth Co-Ordinator
Hannah is married to Adam and they have two beautiful kids - Ari’Ela and Elijah. She is passionate about seeing young people come to faith and delve deeper in their relationship with Jesus. Hannah loves family time, meeting new people, and pottering about the house with her pets.

Carolyn Davison | Praise Co-Ordinator
Carolyn is married to Steve and they have two wonderful children. She has extensive experience in worship ministry and loves leading the praise team and choir at Downshire. Carolyn is passionate about bringing modern music to Downshire and making it accessible to all.
Hannah Crockard | Kids Coordinator
Hannah is married to Jason and they have been blessed with two children, Sophia and Noah. Hannah has been part of the Downshire family for over 12 years and she loves working with kids and their families. She is passionate about supporting and being a part of the amazing team we have sharing Jesus with our kids at Downshire.
In her spare time Hannah loves going for walks with her family, listening to music and trying out new craft projects.
